Short Statement: The Commission notes that there are adjustments to this information collection. The number of respondents increased by 57 (from 243 to 300), the total annual number of responses increased by 57 (from 243 to 300), the annual burden hours increased by 128 hours (from 547 to 675), and the total annual cost burden increased by $37,320 (from $63,180 to $100,500). These adjustments are due to more FCC Form 405 applications being filed with the Commission. There are no program changes to this collection.
