Short Statement: The Commission does not have any program changes to this collection. There are adjustments/decreases to the number of respondents of 500. The Commission over estimated the number of respondents with its previous submission to OMB. Also, there are increases to the annual cost burden of $6,572,650. These increases are due to increases in consulting fees, from $200/hour to $300/hour for attorneys and from $150/hour to $250/hour for engineers.
