Short Statement: The increase in the annual time burden for rule 22d-1 is attributable to an increase in the estimated number of respondents from 4,735 to 4,862. The increase in the estimated number of respondents is the result of an adjustment in the estimated number of funds that currently issue redeemable securities that carry a sales load.
