Short Statement:
Technically, this collection is a program change for one IC for one additional hour. For numerous years, this office has had an IC requirement pertaining to the Pacific Region's State air quality requirement under 30 CFR 250, subpart H. This ICR has removed the requirement out of subpart H (1010-0059) and consolidated the requirement in this collection. The currently approved OMB inventory is 198,866 burden hours for 30 CFR Part 250, Subpart C requirements for this collection. This submission requests 196,547. The adjustment decrease of 2,320 burden hours is due to a decrease in the time it takes industry to complete the function based on consultations.
