Abstract:
The information is collected for the purpose of making a decision regarding the clearance status of an individual and family members for assignment abroad. The clearance status helps to determine new assignments based on whether or not the level of medical care available in the country and city of the proposed assignment meets the medical care requirements of the individual and family members.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
