Short Statement: The currently approved OMB inventory includes 108,933 burden hours for this collection. This submission requests 116,341 burden hours. The adjustment increase of 7,408 hours is due to re-estimating the average amount of time required to respond and the number of annual responses for the based on consultations. The currently approved OMB non-hour cost inventory includes $926,150. This submission requests $331,079. The adjustment decrease of $595,071 is a result of receiving less applications in FY10; this figure is based on the actual number of cost recovery fees collected through Pay.gov.
