Short Statement: This is a program change. The proposed State Plan for AT IC package will result in a reduction in burden of 56 hours, but not a reduction in the number of respondents, as a result of the elimination of information on Telework under state financing activities. The previous revisions to this information collection reduced burden due to the use of technology and simplification of the reporting format. The state plan is completed entirely electronically.
