Short Statement: The Commission estimates that this information collection imposes a annual time burden of four hours, representing a decrease of 16 hours per year. The decrease in the time burden for complying with rule 609 and Form 2-E is attributable to a decrease in the number of responses from five to one since the Commission's previous estimate. The Commission continues to estimate that there is no external cost burden associated with the rule and form.
