Short Statement: This collection has an adjustment increase from 8245 hours to 24,649 hours (+16,403). This increase is due to private sector insurance companies no longer write flood insurance in it own name and has directed its agents to obtain flood insurance for their clients from the NFIP Direct. There has also been a significant increase in the number of flood insurance applications being submitted to the NFIP Direct servicing agent, which also require a Elevation Certificate and Floodproofing Certificate.
