Short Statement: Pursuant to the Dodd-Frank Act, the Office of Thrift Supervision was abolished and the FDIC assumed supervision of 59 of the formerly OTS federally regulated institutions. As a result, this information collection needs to be changed to reflect the additional paperwork burden.
