Short Statement:
a. This ICR requests a total of 65,665 burden hours. Current subpart H regulations have 62,963 hours approved by OMB. This rulemaking ICR proposes a new burden hour increase of 2,702 hours. For the current requirements retained in the proposed rule, we used the currently approved estimated hour burdens and average number of annual responses where discernible. b. The OMB approved non-hour cost burden for subpart H is $343,794 and this request remains the same.
