Short Statement: The number of respondents is reduced by 400 due to fewer training sessions being offered. The time to complete the survey is reduced by 2 minutes due to in-house testing to determine the accuracy of how long it takes to complete the survey. As a result of the reductions in respondents and time to complete the survey, the annual burden hours are reduced by 127 hours.
