Abstract:
This information collection is used to verify which imported goods are entitled to duty-free or reduced duty treatment under Free Trade Agreements. This includes The U.S. - Chile Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.- Singapore Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.- Australia Free Trade Agreement and the U.S.- Morocco Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.- Peru Free Trade Agreement; the U.S.- Oman Free Trade Agreement; and the U.S.- Korea Free Trade Agreement. CBP proposes to add the U.S.- Columbia Trade Promotion Act to this ICR.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:

(i) It uses effective and efficient statistical survey methodology (if applicable); and
(j) It makes appropriate use of information technology.
