Abstract:
The Customs Declaration, CBP Form 6059-B, facilitates the clearance of persons and their goods arriving in the U.S. by requiring basic information necessary for CBP to determine enforcement of all applicable laws and regulations. As a result of recent rulemaking regarding "Members of a Family for Purpose of Filing a CBP Family Declaration", CBP has revised the estimated number of responses and the burden hours for this collection of information.
