The increase in burden is due solely to one program change that reflects the added estimated burden for new Form FRA F 6180.4EZ. The current total burden for this information collection shows 162 hours, while the total burden for this revised submission amounts to 244 hours. Hence, there is a increase of 82 hours. There is no change in burden cost to respondents from the last approved submission. ***** As mentioned in the Supporting Justification, new Form FRA F 6180.4EZ is in the process of being made into a PDF fillable format and will be uploaded once it is completed.
