Burden Reduction Due to:

Short Statement: The reduction in estimated respondent reporting time burden is due to a decrease in the total number of transfer agents registered under the Exchange Act from 25 to 10 which resulted in a decrease in the number of reports from 30 to 12. The decrease in cost burden from $750 to $0 is due to the fact that in the previous submission internal compliance cost was erroneously monetized.
