Short Statement:
This is a revision to the currently approved information collection. The number of respondents decreased from 1,630 to 1,505, a decrease of 125 respondents. There were additional grant programs added from the 2010 Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 (Child Nutrition/WIC Reauthorization Act) and the 2008 Farm Bill. The change for this revision is from 77,024 to hours 123,730 hours, or an increase of 46,706 hours.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
