Form/1-720, 1-720a, 1-720b, 1-720c, 1-720d, 1-720e and 1-706 are used to facilitate the collection of data in compliant with the UCR program regarding offenses recorded, offenses cleared, and monetary value of property stolen and recovered. Following auditing and processing, the data are published annually in Crime in the United States.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
