The information is used to identify and evaluate the training courses requested by students to enhance their job performance, to calculate the type and number of classes and instructors needed to complete OSM's technical training mission, and to estimate costs for our annual budget.

OSM is seeking to have OMB renew its approval for our Technical Training Nomination and Payment form. This request increases the total burden by 6 hours from the currently approved burden estimate due to an adjustment in the number of respondents.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
