Abstract:
CDC uses an electronic system to collect semi-annual progress reports from 65 entities that receive cooperative agreement funding for comprehensive cancer prevention and control activities (50 dates, DC, 7 territories, and 7 jurisdictions). New performance measures will be added for policy and environmental strategies. Thirteen of the awardees receive additional funding for accelerated development and implementation. Separate progress reports are required on these activities.

This revision presents a modified method for calculating burden resulting in a net reduction of burden hours. Some awardees are funded under 2 cooperative agreements and are required to submit 2 sets of reports. The net reduction offsets the additional reports required for these awardees.
