Short Statement: We estimate that there will be 887 responses totaling 666 burden hours. This is a net increase of 168 responses and 127 burden hours from our previous request of 719 responses and 539 burden hours. The difference represents an adjustment based on our experience in administering this collection along with the types of respondent feedback, discussions, and interactions as described in our answer to item 8 above. We also created a separate IC for State, Local and Tribal Government respondents.
