Abstract:
This form is used by nonimmigrant students and exchange visitors to submit the fee authorized by Pub.L. 104-208, Subtitle D, Section 641. There has been a change in the fee revenue; the change is a decrease from $121,390,000 to $118,590,000. This is a result of eliminating the I-901 receipt expedited delivery option. Nonimmigrant students and exchange visitors will be able to print the receipt over the Internet (www.fmjfee.com). In concert, there is a reduction in the line item identified as, Printing Costs, within the Annualized Cost Analysis section. It drops to $90,167 in response to the nonimmigrant students and exchange visitors self-printing receipts. The remaining print costs pertain to credit card payment chargebacks and other collection issues, as well as to the remaining 3% of the F, J and M nonimmigrant population which still does not complete the Form I-901 through the Internet (www.fmjfee.com).
