Abstract:
The FR MSD-4 is submitted on occasion by state member banks (SMBs), bank holding companies (BHCs), and foreign dealer banks that are municipal securities dealers. The FR MSD-4 collects information (such as employment history and professional background) on an employee whom the bank wishes to assume the duties of municipal securities principal or representative.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
