Short Statement: The Federal Reserve proposes several new data fields, including data fields from the SARs of other industries, effective as of April 1, 2013. Because of these changes, the Federal Reserve estimates the average burden would increase to 1.5 hours per response. In addition, the Federal Reserve estimates that institutions now file 15.5017 SARs per year, up from 15.0662.
