Abstract:
The purpose of this collection is to enable ATF to determine whether limited permittees have exceeded the number of receipts of explosive materials they are allowed and to determine the eligibility of such persons to purchase explosive materials.

The number of respondents decreased from 400 to 175 and there was a postal rate increase to $0.46 in January 2013. The adjustments caused the number of responses to decrease to 1,050 and the cost burden decrease to $483.
