Short Statement:
The removal of the TAAC program resulted in a program change decrease of 350 responses and 700 hours. EDA used the average EDAP application data from 2009 to 2011 which resulted in an adjustment increase of 203 responses and 4,821 burden hours.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
