Short Statement: Burden only associated with the Community Facilities' guarantee program is accounted for in this renewal submission package. Burden for the Water and Environmental Programs, Business and Industry and Single Family Housing programs that was accounted for in previous submissions has been removed from this submission. In addition, burden associated with the Community Facilities' guarantee program that was found under other OMB control numbers have been account for in this renewal. The removal of programs and accounting for just the Community Facilities' guarantee program has resulted in an overall reduction of 131,825 responses and 130,692 burden hours.
