Short Statement: While there are no program changes, the burden has been adjusted which is based on: (1) An increase in the number of MA organizations reporting this data (from 629 to 670 MA organizations + demonstrations); and (2) Consequent revisions to our estimates to reflect the increases and costs associated with producing appeals and grievance data reports for all 670 MA organizations.
