Short Statement: Effective January 1, 2014, the Office of Natural Resources Revenue, who administered the Stripper Oil Program for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), will discontinue the stripper oil royalty rate reduction requirements in 30 CFR 1210.155. BLM already terminated the reduced royalty rates under this program, established under 43 CFR 3103.4-2, effective February 1, 2006.
