Short Statement: A decrease in burden responses and hours can be attributed to the update of all forms that are essential to the firm commitment and final closing stage of the Section 202 and Section 811 Capital Advance Program. Currently, the Department is looking at several methods for automating the "back-end" stage of its grant programs. Applicants now have access to PDF fillable forms, making the process more efficient.
