Abstract:
VA Form 21P-4165 (Formerly VA Form 21-4165) is used to gather information which is necessary to determine a claimant's countable annual income and available assets due to farm operations. Eligibility to income-based benefits cannot be determined without complete income information.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
