Short Statement: This is a reinstatement of a survey that had been previously retired. The increase in total hours of 5,500 over the previous approval is due primarily to two main factors. In 2008 NASS used two questionnaire versions one to target all farms and one to target horticultural operations. In 2013 NASS will use one questionnaire for all operations. This program change results in an increase in burden of 4,167 hours. The remainder of the increase in burden is due to an adjustment in the calculation of burden.
