Short Statement: This is a request to amend the current collection title and collection by adding a voluntary procedure that parties on the Unverified List (UVL) may use to request removal from the list. This procedure is similar to the existing Entity List procedure. This request supports publication of the proposed rule "Proposed Revisions to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Unverified List (UVL)" (RIN 0694-AF70).
