Short Statement: There is an increase in respondent labor hours from the previous ICR. This is not due to any program changes. The increase is due to a mathematical correction in the per-respondent technical labor hours associated with burden item 4(d) in Table 1. Additionally, there is also an increase in the respondent and Agency costs due to use of updated labor rates. This ICR references recent labor rates from the Bureau of Labor Statistics to calculate respondent burden costs, and references recent labor rates from OPM to calculate Agency burden costs.
