Terms of Clearance: This submission does not seem to account for burden associated with collecting and sending specimens. In addition, there seems to be some duplicative reporting (reporting of the same incident by tower staff, pilots, and airport staff) and data entry that is not addressed in the supporting statement. It is not clear how FAA arrived at electronic reporting numbers. Prior to the next submission, FAA should address these questions in the supporting statement narrative and burden estimates.
