Short Statement: Adjustments: There are currently an average of 77 new dealers estimated to respond per year, and an increase of 6,136 responses. With the additional dealers, the total hourly burden has increased by 409 hours. The increase in the number of dealers has also increased the cost by $8,932, but there are now fewer dealers paying start-up costs, and operating costs are lower, than three years ago. Therefore, the net cost adjustment is a decrease of 375,181.
