Short Statement: There are no program changes. Adjustments: There were corrections to the calculations for the burden for IFQ reporting requirements (had previously been multiplied by two in error), resulting in an adjusted decrease of 228 responses and 7 hours. The cost for permit applications had been divided by three in error; the corrected amount increased the cost by $3. Also, we removed the submission fee for the cost recovery that had been included in the last submission in error ($13). There was a net decrease of $10.
