Short Statement: The Commission consulted with the last four tribes that have submitted either an EA and/or an EIS. The average burden hours per response and average annual costs were provided by the four tribes that were surveyed. The costs are all purchase-of-service in nature. The Commission determined the total annual responses and number of annual respondents by reviewing its records and averaging the number of submissions for the past three years.
