Abstract:
The Directorate of Training and Education (DTE) is responsible for policy guidance, management and administration of the OSHA Outreach Training Program and the OTI Education Centers Program, among other programs. DTE collects and reports student training information on a monthly basis. To be a participant in one of the educational programs, an individual/organization must provide the DTE, Office of Training Programs and Administration (OTPA), with certain information. The information collection requirements necessary for implementing OSHA's OTI Education Centers and Outreach Training Programs are listed in the Supporting Statement.

The Agency requests an adjustment increase of 2,671 hours as a result of increased student enrollment and the number of courses offered. A program change increase of 486 hours results from two new forms, recording audits of Outreach trainers, and activities outside of an OSHA Region where the Education Center is located.
