Abstract:
This information collection is needed to evaluate and rank applications for the Coast Guard Exchange System Scholarship Program. Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis to the three top ranging applicants who are Coast Guard dependents. Awards are based on academic achievement which is supplied on the application.
