Short Statement:
Burden hours are reduced by 312 from 14,84 to 1,172 hours. There was an adjustment reduction of 12 hours to correct burden for form RD 1942-46 approved under 0575-0015. Also, the agency program recently conducted research in order to provide an accurate estimate for per response time based on current application guidelines that establish limits on narrative application pages and supplemental materials. The program change reduction of -300 hours accounts for the reduced number of hours to write and submit grant applications.
