Abstract:
Per 0648-BA37, charter halibut fishermen will now record connfirmation numbers on the back of their permits - these numbers received from NMFS upon receipt of the guided angler fish landing report (already required). Burden and cost for the two existing ICs - logbooks and landing reports - are also adjusted.
