Abstract:
The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) requests approval to collect data for the National Electronic Health Records Survey (NEHRS) component of the ongoing National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey (NAMCS). The NEHRS has been a supplement under the NAMCS since 2008 and was known as the Electronic Medical Records Supplement (OMB No. 0920-0234: Expiration date 12/31/2014). We now request its independent approval for the purpose of conducting survey activities for the next 3 years.
