Abstract:
The functions and actiivties for Public Housing Annual Contribution Contractor, OMB 2577-0270, has been combined with the Public Housing Inventory Removal Application OMB# 2577-0075. HUD requires all public housing agencies (PHAs) to execute an Annual Contribution Contract (ACC) for each project and to execute amendments to the ACC for certainfunding when the PHAs takes specified actions that changes their public housing

Short Statement:
The program changes and adjustments are due to the consolidation of an expired information collection, OMB Control Number 2577-0270, Public Housing Annual Contributions Contract which expired 09/30/2013, and a current collection, OMB Control Number 2577-0075, which will expire 08/31/2014. The cost and time estimates are based on information from 8 regional field offices and PHAs. In addition, this collection cross-references PHA submissions for ACC amendments for Mixed -Finance development actions that use a special legal document referenced above in line-item 15 and 23. Previously, this legal document was approved by OMB in 2577-0275. Public/Private Partnerships for the Mixed-Finance Development of Public Housing which expires on 06/30/2015.
