Short Statement: This ICR reflects a decrease of 105,449 hours (from 2,592,888 hours to 2,487,439 hours) in the total estimated respondent burden from that currently in the OMB inventory. This decrease is because the numbers of schools with friable ACM have declined. The overall number of schools has declined slightly as well. The change is an adjustment.
