Short Statement: This is a revision of a previously approved collection. Revisions have been made to the 83i and throughout the Supporting Statement to reflect the following: (1) To update the burden hours and costs to PHAs associated with submitting appeals, DBAs and TRs. (2) The inclusion of the burden hours and costs associated with MF POs for submitting DBAs and TRs of inspection results of multifamily insured and assisted properties. (3) The inclusion of the burden hours and costs associated with PHAs for submitting requests for extension of time to submit unaudited financial information.
