Short Statement: This information collection request will reduce the estimated burden on respondents by 282 hours as an adjustment. This collection request seeks approval of an increase in non-wage costs of $19,000 due to the processing fees paid by respondents. Although the fees have not changed, the size of the mining operations have grown, increasing the processing time and costs.
