Abstract:
This is a reinstatement of two economic surveys conducted in 2000 for the reference period of 1999. In the previous approval, the package title was Agricultural Economics and Land Ownership Survey (AELOS). Along with the name change there are several significant changes that have been made to the landlord questionnaire. These surveys will be used to obtain data to accurately define the economic status of U.S. farm operations and households. In addition we will collect data that will show any changes in the ownership of US agricultural lands.
