Terms of Clearance: OMB understands that CJIS is developing Instruction Guidelines for the new Hate Crime Report. OMB encourages CJIS to complete the new Guidelines as expeditiously as possible to assist LEAs in using the new Report. CJIS may submit the draft Guidelines to OMB as a change request when the Guidelines are ready.
