Short Statement: The reported burden decrease is an examination of forms downloaded from Public Debt's website and the distribution of printed copies over the past 3-4 years. Analysis of recent activity indicates a decline in requests of this nature. The decrease of 8,000 hours is an adjustment in agency estimate for a total of 4,500 burden hours requested.
